Specially developed for markets with lighter construction methods (light timber market), this assembly table enables the efficient production of dimensionally accurate and precisely angled elements. This allows production processes to be optimized and ensures fast, reliable and high-quality production of open wall elements weighing up to two tons. This series can also be individually configured to meet your production requirements.

Highlights

Precise working: The X and Y stops ensure that the element is aligned at right angles during each production step. The lowering of the X stop ensures that the element can be easily transported onwards.

For production that grows with you: The BUILDTEQ A-400 can be combined with other machines in the WEINMANN portfolio as required. The modularity allows the production line to be expanded at a later date to adapt to additional requirements. So you remain flexible.

Pneumatic clamping unit for clamping the first leg and the bottom flange of the wall element against the table stops. The clamps lower below the table surface when released. The clamping system works independently of the panel size.
