Automatically sorts raw panels into sorted or chaotic stacks, preparing them for cutting. Enables efficient production planning and precise further processing.
Raw panels are precisely cut according to individual requirements. Finished parts may be labeled before moving to the next step. Offcuts can be disposed of or stored for reuse, ensuring efficient material use and smooth processing.
Ensures precise adjustment of parts to desired dimensions and angles. Versatile equipment and adhesive options allow flexible and high-quality edge processing, ensuring optimal quality and surface standards.
CNC-controlled machines enable precise production of parts with special shapes using various techniques. These freeform parts can be efficiently produced on 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining centers with high quality and accuracy.
Individual drilling patterns in series or batch size 1 without setup time. Systems are expandable to fully automated lines. Groove, drill, and milling units process parts on up to six sides. Optional integration of fitting insertion and dowel driving devices.
Streamline part flows, organize them as needed, and adapt flexibly to the production process. Efficiency depends on component sequence. Manual changes are costly and error-prone. Automated sorting offers a competitive advantage.
We offer solutions for cabinet assembly – from simple presses to customized joining presses. Optional integration of fitting insertion, gluing automation, and optimized workflows for final assembly.
Each box is a custom-fit protection, produced quickly and easily. For large quantities, packaging is automated with folding, inserting, sealing, and palletizing.
