New: Measuring system cutting quality (MSQ) for the SAWTEQ B-300/400 flexTec and SAWTEQ B-320 flexTec
The newly developed measuring system cutting quality (MSQ) enables automatic monitoring of the cutting quality thanks to regular checking of the edge breaks within predefined warning and limit values.
materialManager Advanced ensures that the optimal machine parameters—saw carriage feed, saw blade projection and speed*—are automatically set for cutting depending on the selected material, the saw blade used and the required cutting quality.
With findings from the more than 130 machines installed on the market and continuous further development of our processes and technology, we have achieved a new level of performance with our current generation of machines.

The innovative Power Concept Classic is now available for the SAWTEQ B-130 and SAWTEQ B-200 (without a lifting table). At the heart of this technology is a clamp on the program fence that can be moved separately and moves in front of the program fence if necessary. The clamp enables two strips with different cross cut divisions to be cut to length simultaneously. This significantly increases output and makes it easy to handle peaks in production. In addition, an algorithm adapted to the Power Concept Classic sorts the strips automatically directly at the saw. This is based on existing optimization data for the shortest machining times.
The glue can be changed via the melting unit without mixing, i.e. with no cross-contamination and no cleaning. This is thanks to two differently designed, interchangeable containers with metering suitable for PUR cartridges or suitable for EVA granules.
The newly developed quick-change system for the multifunction bridge enables maximum flexibility in selecting and using various fastening devices. The separate station offers four additional fastening units, which are removed automatically by the multifunction bridge.
Bevel cuts are part of everyday life in the woodworking trade. They are usually dealt with on a separate sliding table saw, after cutting has been completed.
