What do you do at HOMAG and how long have you been on board?

I started my career as a technical specialist in the sales subsidiary of HOMAG at Ural region in 1995. From 2003 until 2008, I worked at HOMAG in Germany and was occupied with installation of machines in CIS Countries. As a peculiarity of this job, I can emphasize the work with high technically complex equipment. Since 2008, I have become part of HOMAG Russia team, where I have undertaken TeleService, which we began to organize from scratch.

How was your path to this position shaped?

Working as a technician and then as a specialist of TeleService, I faced many challenges with different rates of complexity.  Exactly successful solvation of difficult tasks, including participation in various projects and the appearance of considerable number of facilities in Russia, defined further development of my career. Our company needed an employee, who could organize and supervise service projects, and I seized the opportunity.

What do you particularly appreciate about your tasks?

The most valuable part of my job consists in its diversity. In addition, it keeps me in good shape not only physically, but also emotionally. Constant communication both with customers and with colleagues contributes to my self-development and provides me with expertise.

What has been your greatest challenge so far?

In fact, there are no simple projects. However, one of the most notable projects was a project at Stilnye Kuhni Company. Under this project, the most modern and high-tech equipment of our company was installed, which in itself required maximum concentration from the very beginning. At the same time, the client's requirements were at the highest level, from delivery to commissioning of the equipment. Working on such projects allows us to improve the technical level of our equipment and the level of knowledge of technical specialists.

How would you describe HOMAG to a good friend?

I have always considered HOMAG as a producer of the top-class equipment with the best quality in the world, and my opinion will not change. At the same time, working in such a company is very comfortable.

What makes your work at HOMAG special?

Work here, at HOMAG, is always interesting; there is positive atmosphere and no routine. Managing director and Heads of departments always understand the goals and objectives that allow the company to develop dynamically. At the same time, they do not forget about their employees, which I personally consider very important.
