Complex frame works, individually produced
The FRAMETEQ F-700 enables fully automated production of a wide variety of frame works. A wide range of studs, for example for gable slopes or spandrels, are placed at a wide range of angles with the aid of the special outfeed gripper. Complex and demanding frame works are produced significantly faster with the FRAMETEQ F-700.
Highlights
Thanks to the device carrier beam equipped with fastening units, the frame work station also makes it possible to produce not only rectangular elements, but also gable elements as well as window and door modules.
The NC-controlled outfeed gripper with an additional axis in the y direction grips the studs from the outside, which means that gable slopes can also be produced automatically.
Thanks to the expansion with processing units, the belts can be processed in the frame work station.
