Benefits
To ensure a constantly high cycle output during processing, the workpieces are collected on the return path in advance.
The transport of pairs of workpieces increases the part output per minute by up to 100% compared to the conventional gantry solution.
For separation, the pairs of workpieces are placed on a lifting unit. This unit lowers in two stages, thus releasing the workpieces individually for transport to processing.
Single parts with the same alignment are joined as pairs of workpieces and transported onto the return path together.
Longitudinally or transversely, individually or in pairs — the workpieces are deposited on the return path with pinpoint accuracy.
