The ServiceBoard application allows users to broadcast the ongoing service incident at the machine live to the ServiceCenter using wireless video diagnostics. That means the employee in Life Cycle Services can identify the problem and provide support faster, and often resolve the issue right away. They can immediately provide information remotely, including instructions, videos, images or drawings.

The ServiceBoard application also allows direct access to the eParts spare part shop. In addition, you can create service requests online, send them directly to the service team and then track them. Your service appointments are shown in a calendar. The Service Monitoring function lets you see all of your important production data.
