HOMAG Group AG wants to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.25 per share for 2012

The supervisory board and the management board of HOMAG Group AG passed resolutions to propose to the annual general meeting on May 28, 2013 the payment of a dividend of EUR 0.25 per share for fiscal year 2012. HOMAG Group AG did not pay out a dividend for fiscal year 2011 owing to the consolidated net loss incurred.

The consolidated financial statements for 2012 approved by the supervisory board confirm the previously published preliminary figures for fiscal year 2012. Accordingly, the HOMAG Group generated a significant consolidated net profit of EUR 12.7 million (prior year: net loss of EUR 4.7 million).
