Take on challenging tasks:
- Administration, support and optimization of the central Teams Voice tenant environment and video conferencing solutions at the locations;
- Contact person on application issues (Teams voice and PBX 2nd level support);
- Ensuring effective and safe routine operations and establishing standards and guidelines;
- Planning, preparation for use and implementation of system extensions;
- Maintenance of telephone systems and Teams devices;
- Preventive and ongoing maintenance and protection of necessary release changes of hardware and software;
- Coordination and procurement of external services;
- Support, participation and execution of Live Events (Townhall meetings);
- Creation of documentation according to the internal QM system.
- Professional experience as an IT Specialist;
- Min. 2 years of experience in Teams Voice administration, PBX system(s), gateways technology and support procedures;
- Deep technical insight of PBX technology;
- Functionality of M365 and its interdependencies are well known;
- Knowledge of English - business fluent;
- Good knowledge of scripting (Powershell) and databases (SQL);
- Ability to work in a team, commitment, helpfulness and initiative;
- Ability to work on the base of high customer and service orientation, quick comprehension for complex circumstances.
