Take on challenging tasks:
- 2nd level support for users in the CRM environment (mainly Salesforce C360);
- Administration of the CRM application based on Salesforce C360 (e.g. administration of user data records/authorizations, AppExchange packages,..);
- Carrying out error analysis and coordination of 3rd level manufacturer support;
- Monitoring interfaces and/or connectors between Salesforce and other applications;
- Supporting the project team in further developing the Salesforce platform and evaluating new Salesforce releases.
Your skills:
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification;
- Professional experience of 2 years is an advantage;
- Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage;
- Experience with the eCommerce platform would be an advantage;
- Independent and structured way of working as well as independent familiarization with new functional areas;
- Good communication skills and analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking;
- Customer and teamwork orientation;
- Very good knowledge of English; German knowledge would be a plus.
