IT System Administrator for Mobile Device Management

Take on challenging tasks:
- Operation and maintenance of the mobile device infrastructure (servers, databases), as well as configuration, support and optimization of the MDM structure;
- Monitoring the worldwide MDM client status;
- Ensuring the functioning of the server systems involved;
- Analyzing and Resolving Client's Problems in the 2nd Level;
- Create and manage apps assignment rule;
- Automate distribution processes for apps, certificates, and settings;
- Problem correction, consulting and support of users of the German companies;
- Problem resolution, consulting and support of local administrators at the Dürr Group's worldwide locations;
- Managing Telephony Providers;
- Coordination of necessary provider solutions for construction sites.
Your skills:
- A completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification;
- Several years of professional experience in the field of mobile device management solutions;
- Fluent in English and German;
- Good knowledge of Windows Client and Windows Server Operating Systems;
- Good knowledge of Apple iOS;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune;
- Good knowledge of other MDM solutions (Mobile Iron) is a plus.
