Take on challenging tasks:

  • Participation in the conception and development of the group-wide CRM system based on Salesforce Customer360;
  • Support in maintaining the existing CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics;
  • Contact person for our departments for the resource management system based on Visual Planning;
  • Advising departments in service, marketing and sales processes in the B2B area and making adjustments to our systems;
  • You will become part of the interdisciplinary team and help to advance digitization in the company.

Your skills:

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience;
  • Basic knowledge of service, marketing and sales processes in the B2B sector;
  • Ideally with prior knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Visual Planning;
  • Convincing appearance and strong communication and team skills;
  • Solution-/process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop yourself further, to take up and implement innovations;
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English; German would be a plus.
