Take on challenging tasks:
- Participation in the conception and development of the group-wide CRM system based on Salesforce Customer360;
- Support in maintaining the existing CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics;
- Contact person for our departments for the resource management system based on Visual Planning;
- Advising departments in service, marketing and sales processes in the B2B area and making adjustments to our systems;
- You will become part of the interdisciplinary team and help to advance digitization in the company.
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience;
- Basic knowledge of service, marketing and sales processes in the B2B sector;
- Ideally with prior knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Visual Planning;
- Convincing appearance and strong communication and team skills;
- Solution-/process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop yourself further, to take up and implement innovations;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English; German would be a plus.
