Take on challenging tasks:

• Experience in the area of HCM desirable;
• Essential experience of in-house consulting and development in the area of SAP HCM;
• Proficient in one or more of the following SAP HCM areas: PY, PT An understanding of time management schemes and rules;
• Know-how in SAP implementations and, ideally, project experience;
• A high degree of personal responsibility and customer focus.

Your skills:

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or similar;
• Min. 3 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on the module HC;
• Strong advisory skills and persuasiveness in SAP standard processes;
• Confident handling of MS Office;
• Very good knowledge of English - business fluent;
• German knowledge is advantageous;
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM;
• Good understanding of the entire HCM Landscape;
• Customizing of PY and PT;
• Basic skills in one or more of the following modules:PA, OM, FIORI, Oracle HCM Cloud;
• Willingness to perform, initiative and enjoyment of finding solutions for the specialist area
• ability to work in a team as well as high customer and service orientation, quick comprehension for complex circumstances.
