Dual Curriculum

Study and simultaneously gain practical experience.

You can look forward to gaining "on-the-job" experience at a variety of our sites. After all, there is nothing more rewarding than mastering the challenges that crop up in your day-to-day work. And you can do this at the same time as learning more about our company and employees.

You will quickly reap the rewards: Actively participate in day-to-day business activities and special projects to quickly familiarize yourself with all of our key operational processes. Benefit from feedback on your performance and progress via regular discussions with your supervisor. Use the highly diverse range of training that we offer to develop your skills and expertise.

Working in completely different departments, you will have the opportunity to learn about the tools and methods required to complete these tasks. You will be able to explore day-to-day business activities first hand and gradually take on your first projects independently on topics such as process optimization, strategic controlling, corporate planning and international financial reporting (in line with International Financial Reporting Standards - IFRS).

Here's what will make your application stand out:

  • Good grades from a general college or an advanced technical college
  • Good grades in mathematics, German, English and (ideally) also in economics
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office applications
  • The ability to think analytically, with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
