The 4 performance stages 

Performance stage 1: Manual – ideal for woodworking shops and industry

  • Optimum for joineries and interior fitters as well as industrial furniture production
  • Output levels of around 400 - 550 workpieces per shift (corresponding to around 50 items of furniture)
  • Feeding system, edge banding machine, angular transfer with rotating cone and return feed are included

Performance stage 2: Semi-automatic – perfect for large order volumes

  • Semi-automatic solution with manual multiple passes
  • Output of up to 1,050 parts, i.e. around 100 items of furniture per shift
  • Ideal for production of small series

Performance stage 3: Fully automatic – greater efficiency for complex jobs

  • With an output of up to 1,050 parts per shift, this plant offers the same performance data as the semi-automatic version
  • The multiple passes are fully automated. This saves labour costs and reduces the risk of part assignment and orientation errors to a minimum. This benefits pay dividends wherever a widely varied and complex part spectrum is involved

Performance stage 4: Fully automatic – unrivalled performance, maximum flexibility

  • Increased feed rate and almost doubled cyclical output, it takes between 1,800 and 2,200 parts per shift
  • Optimized handling and ultra-precise workpiece guidance guarantee dimensional and angular accuracy when processing extremely long and narrow parts
