Right from its foundation, HOMAG GmbH has fostered a spirit of cooperative partnership between management and workforce which has been a major underlying factor in the company’s success.
To turn this spirit of cooperative partnership from the intangible into the material, HOMAG GmbH decided to introduce a system of silent employee participation as far back as 1974. Today, almost every member of the workforce is not just an employee but also a co-partner.
